The SMU community celebrates the beginning of a new era on the Boulevard with the dedication of the Indoor Performance Center. Located at the corner of Bishop Boulevard and Binkley Avenue, the Indoor Performance Center is constructed in a Collegiate Georgian architectural style that blends with the traditional campus environment and features an indoor turf field as well as training, fitness and special event spaces. It’s more than an athletics facility, it’s a space designed to be used by students, alumni, and the Dallas community. It’s a game changer.
Grapevine Public Safety and Court Building project won first place at the 2019 UMCA annual Golden Trowel Awards. DMG Masonry, LTD. also won first place for the UT Dallas Engineering and Computer Science West project. DMG would like to give a special thanks to all of our employees for another great year.

DMG renovations are almost complete! After almost 30+ years at this location we are finally getting a much needed facelift!
The Fort Worth Arena is getting closer to completion!
DMG Masonry held a picnic last week to show our appreciation for everyone’s hard work.
Dickies Arena is expected to open in November 2019. In 2020, the arena will become home to the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, the event that led city, business and civic leaders more than 25 years ago to start working on a more modern and larger facility at the Will Rogers.
The development will include a 32-story residential building with 255 units and a 19-story office tower. There will be 22,000 square feet of retail space on the lower floors of the complex.

▪ Event Facilities Fort Worth is leasing arena for $1 annually for 30 years
▪ Dickies Arena will seat 13,400 for basketball games
▪ Arena will have 5,228 dedicated parking spaces
▪ Arena and support areas will be 715,334 square feet

The 2016 Apprentice Competition and Company Picnic was a success! We loved seeing so many of our hard working and loyal employees show up to support and participate in this event! We had several winners from all three apprentice classes that we were proud to honor. We expect to see great things from these gentlemen!
